Jan 26 Ciely Gray: "The Art of Self Talk. A Path to the Authentic Self." Description: Most of our lives we are walking in a maze of false beliefs we have
gathered, sometimes, from the moment we were conceived. Self talk becomes
a way to interact with these beliefs and frees us to live from the deeper
authentic self most of us are craving. Exercises will be included to begin
to develop these skills for your Self. When these skills are practiced, a
new identity emerges and your deepest purpose begins to be expressed into
the world.
Ciely Ti Gray felt out of step and as if something was missing in her life
for many years. She has been relentless in pursuing her growth and
development and finally found the tools she was looking for through
"Feminine Power and the Evolving Wisdom Program". She has become certified
in this work and is now facilitating others to gain the skills that
finally create the sustainable change they are looking for.
Ciely Ti Gray also owns Lavendera Massage and practices as a Licensed
Massage Practitioner. What are things about the meetings that you would like to change? 2. What are things about this Unitarian Universalist Fellowship that you value most? 3. Which speakers or topics have you enjoyed and would like to hear again; or what new speakers do you recommend? Bring your ideas to the meeting on May 11.
